Le Creuset’s Enameled Cast Iron Cassadou falls somewhere between a Dutch oven and sauté pan. The cast-iron build ensures it cooks food evenly and retains heat for long periods of time, and you won’t even have to season it, thanks to its enamel coating that also makes the cassadou nonstick and stain-resistant.
