What You Should Know About the Le Creuset Straight Wall Ramekin Set
The set includes two stoneware ramekins that each fit up to seven ounces, which is just a tad less than a cup. They come in 12 different colors (I’d pick either the super-light lavender Shallot or the deep-green Artichaut), and appear to be quite durable. Typically they’re priced at $36 for the pair, but they’re currently on sale for $25.99.
These ramekins are freezer-, microwave-, and oven-safe (they can handle temperatures down to -9°F and up to 500°F). Perhaps best of all, in my opinion, is that they’re also dishwasher-safe. That’s one fewer thing to worry about scrubbing after a party. You can even set them out on your coffee bar, as one reviewer did, to store sugar.
