Costco may not necessarily be the first place you think of when shopping for home decor, but it certainly should be high on your list. Not only does Costco carry a wide selection of furniture, rugs, throw blankets and the like, but the big-box retailer has quite a few extra special finds if you know where to look. The latest of these finds? Fiddle leaf fig trees that will instantly breathe new life into any room.

Fiddle leaf fig trees are great for sprucing up your space both indoors and outdoors. Their big, beautiful leaves are cozy and calming and welcoming, and are a great way to add a natural burst of color, not to mention a little bit of fresh air.

Naturally, Costco fans are stoked about this latest “living decor” find. Samantha Hermann, the user behind the @houseplusplant instagram account, shared a video of herself buying and setting up one of these beautiful trees, and Costco shoppers raced to the comments to share their enthusiasm.

“Costco needs to stop!!! I can’t stop buying their plants!” commented one very loyal Costco shopper. “What?!?! I didn’t see any last week. I need to go back 🏎️” wrote another, who is likely reaching for their car keys as we speak. “Why do I feel like I need this beast?!? 🤣” commented a third.

Taking care of a fiddle leaf fig tree is pretty straightforward. They need a lot of direct sunlight, and they only need to be watered once their soil is fully dry. Adding a little bit of fertilizer can go a long way, and just be sure to wait a few months to repot into your favorite planter.

Costco has these trees at a great price, just $50. But, some shoppers have reported seeing them priced as low as $34 at certain locations. Head to your nearest store to scoop one up ASAP!
