Chances are, if there’s a fun mocktail on a restaurant’s menu I will order it. At home, though, I mostly just stick to water and occasionally soda. But sometimes I want a drink that feels a little more special. That’s where De Soi’s Haute Margarita Mocktails come in.
These canned mocktails add a little extra oomph to any occasion — whether that’s a regular weeknight dinner or a poolside hang. They’re selling out quick, though, so you’ll want to grab them while you can!

What’s So Great About De Soi’s Haute Margarita Mocktails?
If you’re a Katy Perry fan, you might’ve heard of De Soi before; it’s the non-alcoholic aperitif brand she founded in 2022 alongside industry vet Morgan McLachlan, who is also AMASS’ master distiller and chief product officer. De Soi currently offers five different adaptogen-infused drinks, including the Spritz Italiano, the Très Rosé, and, of course, the Haute Margarita.
Launched in May, the Haute Margarita is the newest addition to De Soi’s lineup. It’s packed with 10 zesty ingredients, including agave nectar, lime-tangerine juice, jalapeño extract, and sea salt. Plus, it features three adaptogens: lion’s mane extract, reishi mushroom extract, and L-theanine. According to the brand, these adaptogens are “mood-lifting,” which makes this mocktail a great afternoon pick-me-up.

My Honest Review of De Soi’s Haute Margarita Mocktails
I am not a big fan of alcoholic drinks, but I am into the flavor of margaritas — especially spicy margs. Unfortunately, tequila gives me serious headaches, so I prefer not to drink them anymore to avoid that. Naturally, I was so excited to try De Soi’s Haute Margarita Mocktails when they came out. One sip, and I was instantly in love.
These canned mocktails have that tangy, citrus-forward flavor I adore in classic margaritas, with an additional kick from the jalapeño extract. It’s just enough heat to give me a little tingle on my lips and in the back of my throat, but not so much that I need a glass of water on deck to wash it down.
The sea salt in the Haute Margarita is also a nice touch. I get that subtle salty, mineral-y note that perfectly punctuates every sip — even without a salt-rimmed glass (one of the best parts of a marg, in my opinion).
Overall, I was actually shocked by how similar the Haute Margaritas taste in comparison to the margaritas I’ve had in the past. I totally get why they’ve been selling out. I’m not sure if it’s the adaptogens or the fact that I get to enjoy the flavors of this classic cocktail again, but either way, these non-alcoholic spicy margaritas have been bringing me a lot of joy this summer.
