Can I make a confession? Until very recently, I stored my random assortment of knives in one of those quart-sized plastic containers you get from the deli. Oh, and it gets worse! I’ve since repented and bought a $40 rotating magnetic knife block, preserving the edges that my knife sharpener worked so hard to restore.
