Whole foods, rather than supplements or powders, are often seen as the gold standard of nutrition, but there’s something undeniably intriguing about a singular product that promises to do it all. Ka’Chava Superblend Shake claims to deliver “85-plus superfoods, nutrients, and plant-based ingredients” in just two scoops, which almost sounds too good to be true — and is also exactly what caught my attention.

After seeing ads for months, I finally decided to try it for myself. I wanted to know: Was it actually worth the hype? After using it consistently for a few months, I can confidently say that it’s not only the best-tasting protein powder I’ve tried (particularly the Matcha flavor), it’s also become a part of my daily routine. I genuinely feel better starting my mornings with it.

What’s So Great About Ka’Chava Matcha Superblend Shake?

Ka’Chava Superblend Shake is not just a protein powder; it’s packed with spinach, wheatgrass, goji berries, flax seeds, chia seeds, maca root, probiotics, and dozens and dozens of other ingredients. I haven’t really been much of a multivitamin guy since my Flintstones vitamins days, but reading the back of this bag, it feels like it’s got everything packed in there.

The bag comes with 15 servings (a serving is two scoops), each of which delivers 25 grams of protein and six grams of fiber.

Ka’Chava offers seven flavors: Coffee, Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla, Coconut Acai, Matcha, and Chai. I’ve tried a few of those, and my favorite of the impressive bunch is the Matcha. Admittedly, I haven’t always been the biggest matcha drinker, but this flavor is earthy, nutty, slightly sweet and absolutely delicious.

What’s the Best Way to Enjoy Ka’Chava Matcha Superblend Shake?

The bag instructs you to add two scoops (scoop provided inside bag) to 12 ounces of water and either blend or shake. That is the most basic (and reliable) way to eat the powder, but I like to toggle between making extravagant smoothies with extra fruit added, or my most recent favorite, mixing a few scoops into a bowl of oatmeal. It makes my breakfast extra creamy and delicious without the need to add honey or other ingredients.

“Here’s to nourishing your whole self” (which is the motto on the packaging) with two simple scoops.
