Anyone who’s ever set foot inside an Aldi store knows that Aldi’s prices can’t be beat. Even when traditional grocery stores run sales, their prices don’t come close to Aldi discounts. Aldi has been a lifesaver for people in the face of inflation, as the rising cost of groceries has plenty of shoppers feeling seriously worried.

As if Aldi hasn’t been doing enough to help people save, the budget-friendly grocery chain just announced that it’s dropped prices on more than 400 items storewide for the rest of the summer season. Yes, you read that right: Aldi’s prices are getting even lower on almost 25% of its products! If you’ve never been to Aldi, you might want to check to see if one of the chain’s 2,400-plus locations happen to be in your area.

“While customers may see higher prices at other retailers, we’re working hard to unlock even more value for our shoppers, just in time for summer’s lineup of holidays and gatherings where food takes center stage,” said Aldi’s CEO, Jason Hart, in a recent press release. “It’s another way we’re doubling down on our commitment to help shoppers fill their carts with great products for less.”

Instead of worrying about how you’ll be able to afford to host your annual 4th of July party, now you’ll be able to focus entirely on the menu instead. You can stock up on grass-fed ground beef for hamburgers and cheeseburgers; snack on fresh, nutrient-dense produce; and load up your pantry with protein-packed snacks for less than ever before.

Aldi’s efforts to save money for its customers come on the heels of the grocery chain’s announcement that it would be adding 225 new locations to its portfolio of stores by the end of 2025. So even if you don’t currently have an Aldi store nearby, you may very well have one in your backyard soon.
