I was once accidentally sent a case of Lotus Biscoff cookies that I was told to keep after the mixup. At first, having hundreds (no exaggeration) of my favorite flight snack at my disposal was exciting, but even I wasn’t foolish enough to try to eat them all myself. You’d think I’d be sick of the taste after having my own little speculoos warehouse in my pantry for months, but that cinnamon sugar combo will always have my heart. That’s why when Chobani launched its Cookie Butter Coffee Creamer, I had to try out. So I did — and here are my honest thoughts.

What Is Chobani Cookie Butter Coffee Creamer?

From my experience, Chobani is pretty straightforward when it comes to coffee creamers, and its limited-batch Cookie Butter Coffee Creamer is proof of that. Like the brand’s yogurt, it’s made with “farm-fresh cream” and real milk, giving it a rich, creamy consistency. With the speculoos cookie flavor, it forms a delicious blend that’s a great fit for the holidays ahead. “This creamer tasted EXACTLY like Biscoff cookie butter. It’s delicious in my morning coffee,” says one reviewer. “Most other ‘cookie butter’ lattes out there are just cinnamon and vanilla. This one really tastes like the cookies. I don’t know how they did it.”

Why I Love Chobani Cookie Butter Coffee Creamer

If you had a pint of vanilla ice cream with a speculoos cookie swirl, that’s exactly what the Cookie Butter creamer tastes like to me. It has the right combination of my favorite cozy flavors for fall and winter weather. In fact, as soon as it officially arrived in stores this month, I bought enough to last me the rest of the year. It doesn’t hurt that through October 11, Chobani’s Cookie Butter Coffee Creamer is Buy 1, Get 1 50% off during Target Circle Week. That means if you buy four, you’re essentially getting one for free!

Because the creamer is sweet enough on its own, I add it to unsweetened cold brew coffee, like La Colombe and Stok, and have been enjoying it with a slice of coffee cake on the side. Outside of my iced coffee, I can’t wait to pair this creamer with fruit, add a splash of it to my French toast mixture, and stir it into my oatmeal — it’s just that good! Unfortunately, it’s only here for a limited time, so be sure to avoid FOMO and grab at least one bottle while you can.
