If there’s one single item that Costco is best known for selling, it’s rotisserie chicken. At just $5, Costco’s rotisserie chickens are practically a steal — and any seasoned Costco shopper would agree. In fact, Costco knowingly takes a loss on every rotisserie chicken sold because the retailer knows that while it might be the item that lures you in, it definitely won’t be the only item in your cart at checkout. At the bare minimum, you’ll also want to pick up the newest item to hit Costco shelves that offers an ingenious way to help store all of your $5 rotisserie chickens.

Enter: the Tupperware XL Food Storage Container (also sold at Walmart), which might as well be called the “Costco Rotisserie Chicken Storage Container” because it is perfectly chicken-shaped and features a tray with handles so you can easily move your chicken in and out without getting your hands dirty. It holds up to 1.5 gallons, and it comes with a flexible lid that has a large, easy-to-pull tab. The container is reusable and dishwasher-safe, so you can say goodbye to those messy, flimsy plastic rotisserie chicken bags once and for all. And if you don’t live near a Costco, you can order a similar item on Amazon to have it quickly delivered to your door.

Unsurprisingly, Costco members are racing to stores for rotisserie chickens and rotisserie chicken storage containers alike. “Got this today! Fit the chicken with plenty of room!” wrote one shopper. “This is great! Finally a place to keep my leftover Costco chicken. Large enough for spiral ham as well. Love Tupperware products. Buy it once, keep it for life,” commented another.

If you happen to have a Costco nearby, you can bring home a Tupperware XL Food Storage Container of your very own for just $13.49. “Found this gem in Burbank, CA last night for $12.99,” said one Costco shopper, who found it at an even better price at their go-to location. The shopper added, “Planning to use it for brining chicken or maybe even a small turkey!”
