I’m such a fan of variety that I cycle through dozens of flavors and brands; I hardly buy a particular condiment more than once. One condiment that has me breaking my restock rule, though, only entered my life recently. I’ve repurchased it three different times because it’s just that good: Ayoh Foods Dill Pickle Mayo.

What’s So Great About Ayoh Foods Dill Pickle Mayo?

The mayonnaise itself is made with egg yolks and sunflower oil and is a bit thinner than your typical bottle of Duke’s Mayo — Ayoh has a texture that I’d compare more to an aioli. The best part? It includes diced dill pickle pieces (and tons of extra chopped dill), which add both flavor and texture.

It’s currently on sale during Amazon Prime Day, which is actually a four-day event — from July 8 to July 11 — this year. You can grab two 12-ounce bottles for just under $14. (They typically go for $9.99 each.)

What’s the Best Way to Enjoy Ayoh Foods Dill Pickle Mayo?

What isn’t the best way to use Dill Pickle Mayo? It’s a tangy dream slathered in a sandwich, a revelation on fries, and cuts the richness of my favorite hot dog. The creaminess and tanginess really balance each other out.

It truly makes everything it touches 100x better. I’ve even drizzled a bit onto a dill pickle spear just to see how it would fare — and, unsurprisingly, it was great.
