I love every inch of my all-white kitchen, from the facade of my refrigerator and dishwasher to my white coffee maker. And if KitchenAid’s latest launch is any indicator, white and neutral kitchens are here to stay.
If you’ve ever laid eyes on a Porcelain White KitchenAid stand mixer, it’s not hard to see why customers love it so much. The color, first introduced in 2023, is nothing short of timeless — the result of years of research on KitchenAid’s part.
“To narrow in on the color, our Color, Material, and Finish team studied how white tones have shifted between the 1990s to today, noting the evolution toward the warmth of natural materials like wood and stone,” said Brittni Pertijs, design manager of Color, Material, and Finish at Whirlpool. “Porcelain White brings a clean, inviting, and versatile look to the kitchen, and we’re excited to see this modern neutral becoming a staple.”
Beyond its obvious beauty on surface, Porcelain White is wonderfully unique in that you can pair it with just about any other color within the KitchenAid collection, and it’s a perfect match. It’s a soft, classic shade that complements brighter, bolder KitchenAid pieces, too.
