One of my favorite ways to get out of monotonous breakfasts is trying different jam and nut butter spreads. A spoonful of new raspberry preserves or lemon cookie cashew butter is just what I need to bring a little bit of zest and joy to the start of my day.
As you can imagine, my cupboard is full of various jars that excite me and bring much-needed change to my daily routine. But I must admit that few really dazzle and change the way that I eat. One that truly impressed me (and earned a re-buy!) is Cocomo Peanut Butter.
It’s full of that classic peanut butter flavor combined with a coconut oil that just makes it taste so special and delicious.

What So Great About Cocomo Coconut Peanut Butter?
I love peanut butter; it’s my favorite nut butter. It’s both nostalgic and exciting enough that I never get sick of it. I eat it nearly every day (in sandwiches, yogurt bowls, and desserts). My usual go-to is Costco’s Kirkland Signature (which is also beloved by chefs), but after first trying Cocomo’s Peanut Butter last fall, I had a new, official favorite.
The nut butter itself is made with peanuts, coconut syrup, coconut cream, and coconut oil. It’s got a texture that’s a bit thinner than a standard jar of peanut butter (stirring is necessary!). I actually prefer that when it comes to drizzling it on yogurt bowls, ice cream sundaes, and more.
It’s peanut-forward with a lingering coconut flavor that reminds me of one of my favorite under-appreciated candy bars: a Zagnut Bar (it has peanut butter and toasted coconut). It’s smooth and creamy, and it’s a peanut and coconut lover’s dream.

What’s the Best Way to Enjoy Cocomo Coconut Peanut Butter?
In addition to piling it high over yogurt bowls and spreading it straight onto toast (I love doing both), this peanut butter’s silky creaminess makes it an absolute must for baking. I’ll add it to brownie batter for a nutty, swirled effect, and buttercream frosting to give it some nuttiness. It’s also just as good straight from the jar with a spoon.
You can (and really should) use it in any place you would any ol’ peanut butter. Once you try it, you’ll understand why I love it so much.
