I’ve tried salt and pepper blends before, and none of them have been as satisfying and flavorful as this one.

What’s So Great About Cornish Sea Salt Co. Salt & Peppery Seasoning?

As much as I love both chili and garlic, the Salt & Peppery Seasoning is what caught my eye. This blend contains just five ingredients: sea salt (of course), cracked black pepper, red bell peppers, cracked green peppercorns, and pimientos.

My Honest Review of Cornish Sea Salt Co.’s Salt & Peppery Seasoning

Other salt and pepper blends I’ve tried have often left me wanting more pepperiness. Cornish Sea Salt Co.’s Salt & Peppery Seasoning really brings that pepper flavor home. The four-pepper blend is fragrant, slightly floral at times, and, most importantly, very peppery.

The salt also comes through nicely, and I don’t find it to be too much either. It’s truly a perfect all-purpose seasoning. I’m actually surprised I still have more than half the container left (a little goes a long way here).

I’ve tried this seasoning on a whole host of dishes. It really amplified the flavors in boxed mac and cheese — it added a little crunch as well as pops of saltiness and pepperiness. I even prefer it to my favorite hot sauce.

It’s been a game-changer for roasted potatoes, too. I usually make my own seasoning blend for my potatoes, but I’ve been enjoying just seasoning them with this now. The tender, crispy potatoes come out well-seasoned, but not so flavor-packed that I can’t dip them in my favorite condiments (hello, ranch dressing and barbecue sauce!).

I have a bunch of salts and seasoning blends in my pantry that I like, but this Salt & Peppery Seasoning combines my love of salt and pepper and takes it to the next level. Maybe next time, I should grab the two-pack.
