When fall hits, I immediately break out one of my Dutch ovens (yes, I have a few) for soup season. Dutch ovens are extremely versatile and perfect for big batches of cozy comfort foods, like soups (of course), pastas, pot roast, and bread. (It’s actually my go-to for baking sourdough.)
Because I quite literally test Dutch ovens for a living (amongst other cookware, appliances, and kitchen tools), I have four in my kitchen currently. Two of them I use primarily for bread baking, and the other two are reserved for those big-batch dinners. The newest addition to my collection might just be the most stunning one yet — not to mention, it’s Stanley Tucci-approved.

What You Should Know About GreenPan’s Stanley Tucci Ceramic Nonstick Dutch Oven
GreenPan’s Stanley Tucci collection debuted in 2023 and has racked up thousands of five-star ratings on Williams Sonoma’s website. New items are still being added to the line, like a crepe pan that was just introduced earlier this month. While that will definitely be going on my Christmas list, I originally had my eye on the collection’s beautiful Ceramic Nonstick Dutch Oven.

My Honest Review of GreenPan’s Stanley Tucci Ceramic Nonstick Dutch Oven
This Dutch oven is a dream to cook with, in no small part because it’s nonstick. It has a PFAS-free nonstick coating that not only keeps me from worrying about those “forever chemicals,” but it also keeps food from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Recently, I made pumpkin mac and cheese. With my other pots, I expect my sauce to stick to a bit toward the end of cooking; with this Dutch oven, though, that wasn’t an issue at all. Plus, my mac and cheese came out nicely tender and evenly cooked. It was truly the best it’s ever turned out.
Aside from the nonstick coating, this Dutch oven has another feature I absolutely adore: rivets that sit flat against the pot. It’s a small thing, but it contributes to easier cooking and cleanup because no cheese, potatoes (I also made a creamy potato soup in it), or anything else gets caught on or around it. As you might have guessed, cleanup has also been a breeze, which is great news for a Dutch oven that’s meant to be hand-washed.
This Dutch oven is an investment, but it’s truly worth it. Every dish I’ve made in it has turned out perfectly — and any cookware that helps me cook that well deserves a permanent spot on my stove. The impressive design isn’t bad, either!
