The cake features a strawberry cake that’s made with strawberry preserves baked right into the batter, and it’s topped with a thick layer of strawberry cream cheese frosting, which is also made with real strawberry purée. If summer were a dessert, it would most definitely be this sheet cake.
Just like Trader Joe’s other mini sheet cakes, the new strawberry variety is 18 ounces and serves up to six people. But let’s be real for a second: It might be difficult to resist eating the entire cake by yourself.
