I’m very into sustainability, and I’m conscious of my food waste. One way to reduce food waste is to buy upcycled foods, or groceries made from food that would otherwise be thrown out. Wasted does just that. The company specializes in pasta made from leftover bread. As a pasta lover, I was skeptical of how Wasted would hold up in terms of taste and texture.
