A Delicious Sandwich with Ranch-Flavored Chicken, Ranch Dressing, Crispy Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Jalapenos, and Cheese!

The combination of chicken, bacon, and ranch offers a fantastic flavor experience, and it translates beautifully into a sandwich! This creation features ranch-flavored chicken nestled in bread (or buns) alongside bacon, ranch dressing, lettuce, tomato, pickled jalapenos, and cheese! This delectable sandwich is ideal nearly anytime, and I especially relish it during the summer for picnics and barbecues!

Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich

Ingredients:
– 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, chopped into bite-sized pieces
– 2 tablespoons oil (or mayonnaise)
– 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning *
– 1 large ciabatta (or 4 buns/rolls) (gluten-free for gluten-free)
– 1/4 cup ranch dressing
– 4 lettuce leaves
– 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos
– 1 large tomato, sliced
– 8 strips of cooked bacon
– 4 slices of havarti cheese (or jack, or cheddar, etc.)

Instructions:
1. Combine the chicken, oil, and ranch seasoning and let it rest, covered, in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to overnight.
2. Cook the chicken in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, approximately 10-15 minutes.
3. Build the sandwich using the buns, ranch dressing, lettuce, pickled jalapenos, tomato, bacon, and cheese, slice, and indulge!

Variations:
– Prepare ranch seasoning with: 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon dried chives, 1 teaspoon dried dill, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
– Incorporate 1 sliced avocado.
– Include 1/4 cup thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes.
