
Grinder Pasta Salad

Experience all the tastes of a grinder sandwich in a rich pasta salad!
ingredients
- 1 pound pasta (use gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 2 cups lettuce, either shredded or sliced
- 1 cup tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup provolone, diced
- 1/2 cup salami, diced
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, diced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oregano (or Italian seasoning (link))
- 1 small clove garlic, minced or grated
- 2 tablespoons parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
For the salad:

- Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water until cooled.
- Mix together the salad, combine with the dressing and enjoy!
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

Option: Incorporate your preferred salad/grinder components!
Option: Include 1-2 tablespoons of the pickling liquid from the pepperoncini jar!
