- 2 tablespoons of butter (or oil)
- 2 pounds of potatoes, cleaned, optionally peeled, and diced into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon of paprika (smoked)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- salt and pepper according to taste

- In a large non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, add the potatoes and spices, toss to evenly coat, and cook until all sides are golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
