
BBQ Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub

Delicious chicken subs in a flavorful ranch and BBQ sauce served BLT style with bacon, lettuce, and tomato!
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts or thighs, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (or olive oil)
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning *
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 hoagies/buns/rolls, halved (can be toasted) (gluten-free for gluten-free)
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (link)
Instructions
- Cook the chicken combined with the mayo and ranch seasoning in a skillet until fully cooked, approximately 8-10 minutes.
- Incorporate the BBQ sauce.
- Add the cheese, cover, and allow it to melt before removing from heat.
- Construct the sandwiches using the BBQ ranch chicken and cheese, buns, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and dressing, then enjoy!
Note: * Utilize store-bought or create your own: 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon dried dill, 1 teaspoon dried chives, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
