It’s hard to pin down exactly what groceries makes Costco the best. The $1.50 hot dogs are a real draw, but so are the deals on bulk groceries across its sprawling freezer, pantry, and deli sections. In fact, I’ve had Costco birthday cakes for more years than I can count. I also always make sure I have enough time to go to the Costco food court and grab a little sweet dessert with my hot dog.
