
Dill Pickle Hummus

Chilled and smooth hummus infused with dill pickle flavors!
ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans (~3 cups) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (~1 lemon)
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup dill pickle, chopped
- 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon dill (chopped) (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
directions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor, optionally incorporating water or olive oil to achieve your preferred texture.
Option: Include 1 pinch cayenne.
Option: Incorporate 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
