Dill Pickle Hummus

Chilled and smooth hummus infused with dill pickle flavors!

ingredients
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans (~3 cups) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (~1 lemon)
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill (chopped) (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
directions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor, optionally incorporating water or olive oil to achieve your preferred texture.

Option: Include 1 pinch cayenne.
Option: Incorporate 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
